The product I want to order says "backorder", what does this mean?
If a product is in backorder, it means that we currently do not have it in stock. However, as soon as you order the product, we will order it directly from the distributor. As soon as we receive the product, we will send it to you.
The delivery time for backorders is approximately 1-2 weeks, but can also be longer depending on how busy the distributors are and how much stock they have. If it takes longer than 2 weeks, we will inform you by email.
When will my order be shipped?
If everything on your order is in stock, it will be delivered to a PostNL service point within 1-2 working days.
NOTE: If you have an order where items are not in stock (backorders or preorders), we will wait until everything is in stock and ship your order in one go. If you do not want to wait that long, please split your order into items that are in stock and back- or preorders.
To which countries do you ship?
Shipping is currently only possible to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Italy. Due to high shipping costs it is unfortunately not possible to ship to other countries. We hope to be able to add more countries in the future.
