Shipping
Shipping is done via MyParcel with PostNL. The shipping costs are as follows:
- Within the Netherlands: €6,45 (free delivery on orders above €75,-)
- Belgium or Germany: €9,75 (free delivery for orders above €100,-)
- France, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark & Italy: €14.50 (free delivery for orders over €150)
- Shipping to other countries is currently not possible due to high shipping costs. We hope to be able to ship to more countries in the future.
Returning an order
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full amount including shipping costs refunded. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you can contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the return.

Cancel your order
If you decide to cancel an order and it has not been shipped yet, please contact us at [email protected]. We will see if we can remove the order from the ordering process. Should this be the case, we will refund any payments made to your account.
Damaged items
If an article appears to be damaged during delivery, you have the option of exchanging it.
If you have received the damaged article at home, you can return it free of charge after contacting us.
Received the wrong article
It may happen that you did not receive what you ordered. Of course we try to prevent this. Should it happen anyway, then you can return it free of charge after contacting us.
Exception Collectible Card Games
Collectible/Trading Card Games (including - but not limited to - Pokémon, Magic: the Gathering) do not fall under the right of return and therefore cannot be returned. This applies to all items (including - but not limited to - boosters, booster boxes and bundles) with the exception of accessories.
